I dont think I'll have enough room here to really explain how wonderful our experience was with working with Maksim (Max) on our recent home purchase in Parker, Co. We were actually referred to Max by family, who had also raved about working with him. We weren't even living in Colorado when we decided to make a move, we were many statesover in the PNW. Max made a point of meeting with us virtually as often as needed. He was excellent at communicating with us along the way, from start to finish. He spent a lot of time showing me homes in different areas I would be interested in and really got a feel for what I liked and was looking for. Max worked around my crazy schedule and late at nights to help find me a home. He gave lots of useful information on how the market was and comps in an area to help me make the best offer possible. He gave me plenty of info on things to think about to improve homes I looked at as well as have realistic ideas of what improvements could cost as well as had contractors and handy men he would recommend.
