About Me
Hi, my name is Bruce Wayne Holland the third, but my friends and family call me Tripp. I am a fourth generation South Tampa native who was born and raised in this beautiful city of Tampa Florida, but I was also born and raised in real estate. I’ve moved around a lot (South Carolina, Tallahassee, Gainesville) after graduating from Plant high school. I’ve grown to realize that there is really no place like home; especially if home is Tampa, Fl. I love this city and its people for as long as I can remember and am excited to lay down roots here by starting my career in the city, I was born in.
Choosing to work with Excel Realty and Heroes Housing was honestly a no brainer. This company really does look out for the heroes in our community and they prove it time and time again. My stepfather has been a fire fighter for longer than I’ve been alive, my dad is retired from the Navy and the thought that I could be a part of something that truly gives back is a blessing.

My Mom and stepmom have been realtors for 20 plus years, my dad has been a home inspector for over 20 years, and my sister is a mortgage loan originator and owns her company. My wife and I got married in 2010, I have two wonderful children and two dogs. I love just about anything that includes my family, but two of my favorite activities are getting donuts with my kids before school and helping coach my son’s football and basketball teams. Aside from my family, I am a huge sports fan. The Pittsburgh Steelers are my favorite team and my goal is to hit every stadium to see them play!
