Can I use Heroes Housing if I buy, sell or refinance?

Our local heroes can save thousands when they work with our local affiliates to buy, sell or refinance a home. 

Who would qualify as a Local Hero?

We support all of our Local Heroes.  This includes; Teachers, Nurses, First Responders, Police, Active and Retired Military.  

However, if you are someone that gives selflessly to others, let’s connect and see if you qualify. 

What if I'm already am working with a real estate agent or loan originator?

If you are already working with another lender or real estate agent we would like to talk with them to see if they can help you save money through Heroes Housing. 

We understand people do business they know, like and trust and we want this process to be successful and enjoyable for all parties. Let’s talk. 

Can you help with credit issues?

Is Heroes Housing a licensed 501c3 non-profit??

Heroes Housing is a nationally recognized 501c3 Non-Profit.  

We support the heroes that support us.  Since, 2015 we have helps thousands of families, just like yours, save thousands on buying, selling or refinancing a home.

What is the Bridge-The-Gap Foundation?

Heroes Housing also has a Foundation called Bridge-The-Gap Foundation.   A portion of the assistance our Affiliate Partners give goes to this non-profit charity that helps our local heros who need emergency financial assistance. 

If you would like to make a donation to our foundation, you can do that by donating here. 

Can you help with down-payment funds also?

We sure can.  We have access to many Down payment Assistance (DPA) programs.
