Originally from Alabama, Pamela moved to Montgomery to earn an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Faulkner University. This knowledge coupled with over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping within the construction industry, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations. In 2002, Pam relocated to Florida but returned to her home state of Alabama in August 2022. She obtained her Florida real estate license in August 2015 and Alabama license in September 2021. After a long battle with colon cancer, Pam decided to re-enter the workforce as a full-time REALTOR® in 2018.  With over 9 years of experience in residential real estate, she tailors to first-time home buyers, investors, 2nd homes, new construction, and land purchases. She stays up-to-date and knowledgeable about VA loans, FHA loans, conventional loans, grants, down payments, closing costs, and more.
