About Me
In 2011, I initiated my journey by establishing a staging and redesign company, naming it Enhanced With Style. Reflecting on the years from 1999 to 2014, I delved deeply into the real estate domain, immersing myself in investments, property transactions, sales, and house-flipping endeavors. During this phase, collaborations with various builders and contractors ignited an interest in acquiring my MN Real Estate license in 2014, a significant step that propelled her to engage more intimately with buyers and sellers. Throughout her real estate career, I have fostered many relationships with numerous industry professionals, including contractors, builders, clients, and fellow real estate agents. Concurrently, I dedicated a portion of her time as a firefighter from 2016 to September 2021 in Minnesota. As my career continued to flourish, I have made the strategic decision to expand my business. At the outset of 2022, chose to embark on the journey to obtain a Real Estate license in the state of Florida. This endeavor was complemented by certifications as a Commercial/Investor Certified professional, a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist, and a Certified Mentor, amplifying my business reach and networking opportunities. Collectively, my professional journey spans over 23 years in the real estate realm, characterized by extensive involvement with contractors, builders, numerous Realtors, and a diverse clientele in property transactions.
My areas of expertise encompass buying and selling both residential and luxury homes, as well as proficiency in interior design, redesign, staging, and entrepreneurship. Currently is licensed as a Realtor in both MN and FL, and holds certifications as a Stager, Mentor, Commercial/Investor Specialist, and Luxury Homes Specialist. Additionally, I currently hold the role of Vice President within a BNI Chapter group named Success Squad MN, underscoring currently active participation in the real estate industry as a business owner and networking professional.
I have 4 beautiful children ranging from 32years old down to 16 years old. Three boys and one girl. Along with my partner for over 7 years Tom. Who is a retired Bloomington Police Officer in 2019 after serving 33 years. We are both committed to our family, friends and serving our communities. Our hobbies we love are golf, traveling, outdoors, beaches, our water garden/koi pond, spending time with our kids, family and friends, mostly creating new opportunities and adventures together.
